REFURBISHMENTS

One of our strengths at LBM is to be able to take on a job and complete it from start to finish; all our engineers and contractors are trained to the very highest levels in their respective fields enabling them to deal with any problems they may encounter on site.

We specialize in taking on small to mediums sized refurbishments; here the works can include new kitchens, new bathrooms, full decorating, and rewiring and new central heating installation.

We also have in our contactors portfolio established roofers and drain engineers. Once works at a property are completed we are able to take care of all soft furnishing needs ie, (carpets and furniture)

We regularly work to tight deadlines although we still guarantee the quality in work which we pride ourselves on.

We specialise in ensuring that letting agencies and housing associations prepare vacant properties for new tenants at short notice. This includes light, medium and deep cleans and minor refurbishments works.
